From the first call to the final walkthrough, here's what to expect working with our crew.
We walk the space with you in person, talk through what you want out of the project, and give you an honest read on scope and budget before anything is written down. If something you're picturing isn't realistic for the space or the budget, we'll tell you that up front.
You get a detailed, written proposal covering materials, timeline, and price. For kitchen projects, this is also where layout and finish planning happens through our kitchen design services. Nothing starts until you've signed off on the scope.
For most basement, ADU, and addition projects, permits are required. We handle that process with your city rather than leaving it for you to sort out, and we won't start construction before the right permits are in hand.
One crew handles the project start to finish, so you're not coordinating between separate trades or waiting on subcontractors to show up. You'll know who's on site and what's happening at each stage.
We walk the finished space with you, point by point, and handle anything on your list before we call the project done. If something isn't right, we fix it before we consider the job finished.
Tell us about your project and we'll set up a time to walk it together.
