An unfinished basement turned into a family gathering space, completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
The homeowner had a fully unfinished basement, exposed joists, bare bulb lighting, and concrete underfoot, that wasn't doing anything for the household. They wanted a real living space with enough room for the whole family, including kids and grandkids, to gather comfortably.
We handled the project start to finish: framing, electrical, insulation, drywall, and finishes, planned around a layout that could comfortably fit a full family gathering. The goal from the start was to hit the timeline and budget the homeowner needed, not just the finished look.
The project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget. The basement now includes a spacious family gathering area with enough room for the homeowners, their children, and grandchildren to celebrate the holidays together around the tree.
Tell us what you have in mind and we'll set up a time to walk the space together.
